OK for Joe Blow, maybe not professional

I like Klein tools, BUT I found that this one isn't up to the task for my professional needs. I'm a home inspector and I need something that will last under constant use. If you're just a regular guy or gal who needs to check some outlets around the house, this will be perfect.

Great diagnostic tool

This really can tell if an outlet is good or bad, found a couple at home with this, so if you think you need one, get it.

Pretty cool

Really easy to use, the different colored lights all indicate various things and there's a handy key to see what they mean. Helps you check for proper wiring installation, so it's good to have around for any electrician.
