The material is uniquely formulated to smooth out irregularities on the surface and create a texture on plaster and concrete applications. The pad is 3/4" thick with a fine finish that creates a cushioning for considerable wear before replacement. The precisely balanced smooth wood handle provides a comfortable grip.
