Challenging

A little bit hard to put together but it is a good challenge and overall a good set.

Good kit...but

This is a good kit, lots of variety, good things to learn from it. But I have to warn you, it involves some work for initial set up. Removing parts from the frames can take some time so too with the initial build of the gearbox and solar energy source. THAT SAID, once you get past that initial hurdle, you can failry easily reconfigure the bot.

You might also want to add an art component by painting some of the pieces thus making it a STEAM project instead of just STEM.

Fun STEM Toy

Fun to build, but a bit challenging at times when you start out. Really cool to see how simple solar energy can be to use. Perfect for 8-12 year olds.
