Description
These pliers are made of custom US-made tool steel and have two layers of insulation that provide protection from electric shock. These pliers have integral guards that help prevent hand contact with conductive parts. They are individually tested to exceed standards and have induction hardened cutting knives for long life. They have a heavier design for easier, more comfortable cutting, and extended handles that provide added reach and leverage. These pliers have a skinning hole for no.12 AWG wire.
Insulated long nose pliers provide long reach and strong cutting, also protects against electrical hazards up to 1,000 volts in compliance with common safety standards, two layers of insulation in most models, three layers as noted.
