This dimmer is DMX controlled to avoid signal degradation when powering your devices. It employs a simple wiring method through which you can control dimmers, scanners, moving heads, and other lights. Use it to program just one light source or a larger group of lights. While this type of dimmer works great for theater and stage lighting, you can employ it for a variety of lighting uses. The dimmer is suitable for use with incandescent lamos, mains voltage halogen lighting, and other resistive lighting loads. The board has an LED light for notification of power status and error detection. The K8039 also has a toroidal filter to reduce noise disturbance and align with the EN 55015 standards 0f 2006. This is a kit, so assembly is required and we recommend having a quality soldering iron (25-40W).
