The Velleman K8062 USB Controlled DMX Interface Kit is the kit you need if you have a passion for lighting effects or are just looking to amp up your DMX system. Control your DMX fixtures by plugging this unit into your PC and USB interface. Program moving heads, scanners, and more to perform at your command through a Dynamic Link Library (DLL). The unit both connects through USB and is powered by USB. However, if you want to run your interface in a stand-alone test mode you will need a 9V battery. Test mode allows you to output all 512 channels at once with adjustable levels. Software for testing and “DMX Light Player” software are included. Your Velleman K8062 kit will also include an enclosure and USB cable.
