Description
Strong, yet lightweight aluminum blade for longevity and strength. Heavy-duty asphalt lute head stands up to the heat of moving asphalt and other materials. The 30" head features a right angle blade providing proper leverage for moving rock and asphalt into place. Flip the head around to use the top to help smooth down asphalt and other materials for finishing. Strong cast aluminum bracket provides a strong connection between the head and handle. The bracket has a T-shape to secure the tool and reinforce the head when pushing thru heavy material. The bottom of the bracket is reinforced as it spreads out along the head. Two bolts secure the bracket to the head. The bracket extends up 3-3/4" around the handle to provide strength. The bracket is designed as a clamp around the handle that is secured with a nut and bolt. For additional security a screw goes through a hole in the bracket to further secure the handle will not twist within the bracket during use. This 66" strong wood handle completes the tool. Made from strong hardwood that stands up to the rigors of the jobsite. The unique round to square shape of the handle adds comfort to the user while providing a great grip.
