The Klein 2000-28-EINS are Electrician's Insulated High-Leverage Diagonal-Cutting Pliers. The unique three-part insulation with white under layer provides a warning sign if the insulation is compromised. These heavy duty pliers are designed to cut ACSR, screws, nails and most hardened wire. They are also induction hardened to provide a long life on even the toughest jobs. They have a multi-color, sleek design with small thumb guards for ease of handling and easy storage in your tool belt.
Heavy duty cutter also protects against electrical hazards up to 1,000 volts in compliance with common safety standards, two layers of insulation in most models, three layers as noted.
