Description
The D2000-28-INS features combination polished and black-oxide finish. The Klein D2000-28-INS is a custom US-made tool steel that has induction hardened cutting knives for long life, a hot-riveted joint that ensures smooth action and no handle wobble, short jaws and beveled cutting edges permit close cutting of wire, and plastic-dipped handles for comfort and ease of identification. The Klein D2000-28-INS also features integral guards help prevent hand contact with conductive parts.
Heavy duty cutter also protects against electrical hazards up to 1,000 volts in compliance with common safety standards, two layers of insulation in most models, three layers as noted.
